🌏 Building Bridges Across Universities 🌏

Following the excitement of the NUS-GSS Formal Dinner 2025, we were delighted to host our guests from two universities for a full day of cultural exchange, dialogue, and campus exploration on 11 August 2025.

We welcomed:
🎓 The Postgraduate Student Association of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUPSA)

- Scarlett Qi Jiali, President
- Phoebe Liu Peibei, Internal Vice President
- Andrew Qin Ruiwei, General Vice President
- Patrick Li Pinchuan, Academic Development Executive
- Lannie Nie Tinglan, Academic Development Executive

🎓 The Graduate Student Association of National Taiwan University (NTUGSA)

- Jhih-Cheng Jhuang, 57th President of NTUGSA
- Noah Lee, 56th COO & CFO of NTUGSA

We kicked off the day at the NUS-GSS Office in Yusof Ishak House, where we shared ideas and experiences, followed by a visit to the Wan Boo Sow Chinese Library. Our dialogue session was a highlight — with presentations from all societies showcasing their initiatives, events, and visions for student engagement.

After the dialogue session, the NUS-GSS President Muhammet Furkan Ilaslan, together with the visiting Presidents, Scarlett Qi Jiali (CUPSA) and Jhih-Cheng Jhuang (NTUGSA), exchanged tokens of friendship, presenting gifts to one another as a gesture of appreciation and goodwill.

The rest of the day was filled with cultural discovery and campus life:
🏛 UTown Lunch & Tour
🎨 NUS Campus Tour (and campus tour for some)
⚙️ Faculty of Engineering visit – including ToGather and Pitstop facilities

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect, learn, and strengthen relationships between our student communities. A big thank you to our guests for joining us, and to the NUS-GSS team for making this exchange possible. Here’s to more collaborations ahead! 🌟
