Promote product and services to clients
· Source for potential clients and convert them to Alchems distributors in Singapore and regional countries.
· Actively promote all Alchem’s products
· Plan and sell B2B Technical products to Commercial/Industrial/Oil and Gas industries
· Provide technical solutions to clients and regular visits to clients and engage in regular business development activities
· Be the point of contact and provide prompt support and maintain a good relationship with existing/new clients
· Coordinate with production and inter-department to ensure seamless product delivery
· Engage actively in Marketing activities and manage sales platform or on-line enquiries
· Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions
· Lead product configurations to meet customer needs. Facilitate resolution of customer complaints
· Provide regular sales visits to new clients and engage in regular business development activities
· Achieve sales target
· Provide monthly sales forecast for all assigned and prospects
· Any other duties as assigned and comply to ISO / OSHA standards
: Self Driven, resourceful, problem-solving nature, strong business acumen, project management and good conversational/writing skills in English.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Products / Hardware / regional channel sales management
· Min Diploma in Business/Engineering/chemical or equivalent.
· At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the Hardware / chemical Product Sales related field is preferred.
· Proficient in MS Excels/words/PowerPoint/Project
