Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a eCommerce Operations Intern. The successful candidate will work closely with our Operations manager and team of operations coaches to improve the quality and efficiency of the fulfilment (picking, packing) and delivery of grocery orders. Possible projects include reviewing and improving current processes, setting up picking operations in a new store, implementing delivery routing on a new system. As a eCommerce Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, eCommerce, and retail operations. This is a great learning opportunity for someone who is passionate about lean, efficiency and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in developing and executing strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of fulfilment and delivery operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Store ops, Delivery 3PLs, eCommerce commercial teams to execute projects
- Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making
- Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks or issues
Preferred Domain:
Master of Business Administration

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous internship or work experience in project management, ecommerce, or retail operations is a plus
- 3 - 6 months full time internship
