Description:

Responsibilities:

Executing income tax engagements that entail both income tax compliance and advisory services to clients, including but not limited to the following:

  • Assisting clients with the preparation, review, and e-filing of their income tax returns (and organising the necessary information request flows, documentation, and research needs)
  • Assisting in fulfilment of clients’ income tax advisory needs in relation to their business transactions (e.g. new business arrangements, cross border transactions)
  • Assisting in fulfilment of clients’ income tax advisory needs on tax structuring matters and conducting income tax due diligence reviews (typically in M&A situations)
  • Assisting clients in managing IRAS queries/audits
  • Assisting clients in seeking income tax rulings/clarifications from IRAS
Preferred Domain:

Graduates with Accountancy degree or equivalent professional qualification in Accountancy

Requirements:
  • Graduates with Accountancy degree or equivalent professional qualification in Accountancy
  • Accountancy undergraduates in the final year of study are welcomed to apply
  • Graduates from non-accountancy (e.g. Economics) degrees who are keen to pursue qualification as Singapore Chartered Accountant are also welcomed to apply
