Description:
Camtech Diagnostics is a local health technology company with well-established global footprint in diagnostics and a strong pipeline for testing & digital integration. The company has end to end capabilities to bring innovative concepts to market in the areas of molecular diagnostics, genomics lab testing as well as lateral flow tests, and operates a Ministry of Health certified clinical laboratory. Camtech is looking for curious, energetic and enterprising individuals to join the Business Development team as an Analyst to conduct market research and develop the business plan and strategy for a new and exciting digital health initiative which will potentially result in the formation of a new startup healthtech company.

Requirements:
- Support the CEO and management team to conduct market research and competitor analysis in the Southeast Asia clinical diagnostics market
- Identify market gaps and opportunities for direct to consumer diagnostics testing, enabled and powered by a digital platform and ecosystem
- Work with management team to develop the business plan and strategy, including but not limited to market segmentation, product roadmap and pricing, market entry and expansion, and regulatory navigation
- Support the software engineering and app development team to design and create a digital platform and ecosystem to bring clinical grade diagnostics testing directly into patients’ homes
- Get involved in all aspects of startup operations, including product development, app development, business development and new product launches
- Compile and communicate market research findings and project milestone reviews with management

- Candidate should preferably have a technical background in life sciences or engineering, with interest in business development and commercialization
- Interest in working in a startup environment, with the potential to become part of the startup’s pioneering team
- Capable of working independently
- Effective verbal communication and presentation skills
